I HAVE "POST NASAL DRIP!" Fantastic. Apparently, the cause of my irritated throat (3 weeks after my flu-like disease left) is drippage. They prescribed nasal spray which is a new thing for me. I've never stuck medication up my nose before. It's a weird sensation but if it works I'm all for it.
The literature seems simple enough.
Dusty and I had a great time this weekend at the "All In 4 Life Poker Tourney!" Money raised went to Cardinal Glennon Children's Medical Center and St. Charles EMS Outreach. They had a record setting year with the MOST participants they've ever had.
I lasted about halfway through and then got taken out by a man who was in love with Carrie Underwood. I was a hidden bounty so when I was knocked out I was worth a prize...which just so happened to be an autographed Carrie Underwood CD!!! A big thanks to Rees and the guys for putting this together again this year. Always a blast and it just keeps getting bigger!
I was able to set myself up this week knowing that last night (Valentines Day) was gonna be doing some heavier than usual eating. I worked out at Title Boxing on Monday and Tuesday and took Wednesday off. But last night was interesting because I didn't eat as much as I usually do. We went to Melting Pot and the dessert is usually part of the dinner and I usually EAT ALL OF IT! I showed a little restraint last night which definitely helped with the weigh-in this morning. Still taking the BMR Commander from Supplement Superstore!
As of this morning I have lost 15lbs in 45 days!! I dropped 2-3lbs from last week!
Its definitely slowed down a lot from week one BUT I have been lifting too.
67 days till Cancun!!
LOL!! Not me...maybe someday.

Third step: Choreograph one of my amazing kitchen dances for her competition team to take and win with.

Lauren and I have been eating a lot healthier lately. For the longest time I only grilled chicken in a pan or on the Foreman. Last night I went to YouTube telling myself that there HAD to be a better way! Especially because we're cooking large quantities for consumption throughout the week. I came across this dude's video who explains the easiest way to make chicken in the oven. We tried it out last night and it was SOOOO GOOD!!
Yes, I get I'm a little behind the curve on learning this but I figure there's gotta be someone who will benefit from this blog post!!

After all the votes were tallied it's official! I'm going with the "curvy" option for exhaust on my motorcycle :) They're loud and I think the swept look will fit the original look of the stock exhuast.

It seems I have plataued a little bit. I'm not sure if it's because I'm lifting too? That's my best guess. I went to Title Boxing Club 4 times this week and the BMR Commander from Supplement Superstore has been an awesome tool as well. Keeps me motivated, especially on the days I don't want work out. Being sick lately hasn't exactly helped with motivation, blah!!
This week I am flat. I'm not up or down. I'm ok with this!!! :) Still 13lbs lost in a little over a month.
There is still plenty of time to continue to get into shape for Cancun. I was also thinking about Float Trip too!! If I keep going on this pace, I'll be pretty fit by float time!! Next week I'm looking to be down 5lbs!
