March is next week and I've decided that for 1 month I will do something I've never FULLY done before...EAT CLEAN.  Don't get me wrong, I've been eating a lot better and the results have been fantastic but I'll still eat a pizza or donuts.  I'm just gonna take 30 days to see if I can cut all junk out of my diet. 

As of today I have lost 15lbs in just under 2 months.

I'm lifting a lot more which will slow down the weight loss but I'm cool with that.  i don't really have a weight loss goal, I just want to feel better and more healthy!
