It seems I have plataued a little bit.  I'm not sure if it's because I'm lifting too?  That's my best guess.  I went to Title Boxing Club 4 times this week and the BMR Commander from Supplement Superstore has been an awesome tool as well.  Keeps me motivated, especially on the days I don't want work out.  Being sick lately hasn't exactly helped with motivation, blah!! 

This week I am flat.  I'm not up or down.  I'm ok with this!!! :) Still 13lbs lost in a little over a month.

There is still plenty of time to continue to get into shape for Cancun.  I was also thinking about Float Trip too!! If I keep going on this pace, I'll be pretty fit by float time!! Next week I'm looking to be down 5lbs!
