WOOT!!! I weighed in this morning, 9lbs down in 16 days! I only lost 3lbs over the last week but I'm totally cool with that. I think a lot of times (I'm guilty of it too) people will create a goal that's TOO definitive...i.e. I want to lose 10lbs by January 31st. Well, if Jan 31st comes and goes and you didn't lose 10lbs - you're out. I'm not setting any goals this time. I have an idea of where I want to go but nothing set in stone. It seems to be getting me results a lot quicker! And, I'm happier too!
I'm still working out at Title Boxing Club and filling in the gaps at St. Louis Fitness Club! I'm at a 60/40 cardio/lifting regimine so I can cut weight quicker. Thanks to Supplement Superstore - the BMR Commander is AWESOME! It's helped out a lot!!
