Over the weekend we had some company.  One of my wife's friends from back home stopped by and while we were at the grocery store she had mentioned something about chocolate chip cookies with a s'more center.  Lauren's ears perked up and we got the materials needed to make them!! 

1 large tube of pre-made cookie dough (or you could just make it from scratch if you're fancy)

Graham Crackers

Hershey Chocolate Bars

Miniature Marshmallows

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Start by sizing the graham crackers into about 1/8 of their size.  Same for the chocolate. Use 2 small marshmalls and create the small s'more.  Then, take a sizeable amount of cookie dough and surround the s'more.  These make large cookies - we only got like 10 out of a large tube.  Be prepared to eat.  Bake for 12-15 minutes.  Enjoy warm!! 

NOM NOM!! Sorry if you're on a diet.  Eat them on a cheat day!
