I don't know about you but getting back to a "normal" schedule has been tough!! After returning from vacation I also started the Cancun Crusher Workout - ya know - cuz I have to get in shape for our giant trip to Cancun in April!! More info HERE. At this point my body is pretty much like, "WTF REMY, WTF?!"
So, I ask the question..."How will YOU spend the first Friday of 2013?" Personally, I will most likely spend some time sleeping. However, I think this is the weekend where if you do have any weight loss goals or "New Year's Resolutions" they get all flubbed up. I have to remind myself not to fall out of my new eating/working out habits.
Stay strong!! After 2 weeks it should become more of a habit!!
