It's a well known fact that Amanda Bynes - after a couple alleged DUI's, Hit-and-Runs needed to be harnassed.  But no more my friends...

Yay!!! Amanda Bynes is back!! She had well over 1 million Twitter followers before she exited and after her return is hovering around 250k and "Trying to get re-verified"  She's also back on Insta-Gram as well...with lots and lots of lipstick and a turbin.  

I can't wait until she comes clean and tells the world that this was all a method-acting exercise.  Do you remember when Joaquin Phoenix went "crazy?" I am hypothisizing that this is what's going on.  It's all for show.  ...that's what I want to believe anyway.
