Synopsis (from IMDb.com) Beca, a freshman at Barden University, is convinced to join “The Bellas,” her school’s all-girl singing group.  Injecting some much needed energy unto their repetoire, The Bellas take on their male rivals in a campus competition.  

The Review: It might have felt like this movie has been out forever due to it's underground social media campaign.  They got us to tweet about it before and after the movie which was different! If I had to sum this movie up into one word, it would be FUN!  The PG-13 rating seems a little loose to me so parent’s be aware if you are taking little ones to the movie.  Anna Kendrick (Beca) has an amazing voice and if it’s not her, they had me fooled.  The real star of this movie is Rebel Wilson (Fat Amy).  She is the glue that holds the comedic portion of the film together! They poke fun at the whole "Glee/Acapella Phenomenon" but it's SUPER FUNNY!  I lol'ed several times throughout the movie.
