According to People.com Amanda says she's "doing amazing!" No word on if that amazing feeling is because she's high on life or high on illegal substance.  

She says her next step is moving to NYC to start her clothing line.  Maybe with all this controversy she's just drumming up inspiration for the designs? 

She goes on to say "I am not talking about beeing arrested for DUI because I don't drink, and I don't drive.  It is all false."  Even after multiple accounts of people seeing her too drunk to drive she still denies it.
