Last night the ALDC was in St. Louis.  On the show. Not in real life.  They filmed this episode a couple months ago.  Nobody told me about this but apparently they were at the GALLERIA and in Chesterfield.  I declare from this point forth...if Abby Lee Miller is in town...LET ME KNOW :)

March is next week and I've decided that for 1 month I will do something I've never FULLY done before...EAT CLEAN.  Don't get me wrong, I've been eating a lot better and the results have been fantastic but I'll still eat a pizza or donuts.  I'm just gonna take 30 days to see if I can cut all junk out of my diet. 

As of today I have lost 15lbs in just under 2 months.

I'm lifting a lot more which will slow down the weight loss but I'm cool with that.  i don't really have a weight loss goal, I just want to feel better and more healthy! 

I went to go pay for and see how the new exhaust looked on my motorcycle yesterday!! Big thanks to Big St. Charles Motorsports for doing such a great job on this setup! It looks like it's supposed to be there!! All the info and specs are in the YouTube description. 

I hate the dentist.  The only time I had a fun experience was when they gave me "the gas" as a child.  I didn't know why I felt so good but it was awesome! I had a couple fillings, no big deal...still sucked.  The doc actually handed me a mirror and said, here...look at this.  He then proceeded to show me what he was doing with the drill.  Needless to say the mirror came back down REAL FAST!  

At this point, I'm all fixed. Yay!
