Billy Currington has turned himself into police today after being indicted for threatening boat tour operator, 70- year-old Charles Harvey Ferrelle. Ferrelle claims he was threatened by Billy as he piloted his boat with two Canadian passengers near his home on Tybee Island, Georgia. Ferrelle alleges that Billy, who was on his dock, shouted that he and his brothers would beat him. Later, Billy allegedly took a boat to where Ferrelle docks his touring vessel and continued to threaten him. Billy is charged with "terroristic threats" and abuse against an elderly person. Bail is set for more than $27,000.
