My New Years resolution is to stop procrastinating. About 2 years ago a possum died under the addition on my house...and thankfully I was able to get it out before the smell was unbearable. Did I seal up where the possum got in? No. Fast forward to about 7 months ago a raccoon got under that part of the house. I set a trap and caught it, then released it far from my house. With that did I seal up the raccoon got in? No. Now on to just last week. I hear more scratching and realize I have not one but TWO possums back under the house. I set the trap again and BOOM! New Years Eve I caught one and New Years day caught the other. I guess it's time to seal that part of the addition on my house so they can't crawl back in there...
