Jennie Foster with Stray Rescue St. Louis shared some of the most amazing stories about dogs surviving some of the most cruel and heartbreaking circumstances.  The way some people treat their “best friend” is just heartbreaking.  This organization is not only saving animals, informing the city but also helping toughen up the laws and protect those furry creatures that can’t defend themselves.  They just received a grant for more funding for those medical emergencies as well as a new animal officer….
