Kaitlin Nootbaar graduated at the top of her class back in May.  While giving the Valedictiorian speech she said the phrase "Who the hell knows?" When she went to pick up her diploma, the principal said that she would have to write an apology letter first... Do you think she should hvae to write an apology letter?!?!
