Andrew Hales was the same guy that pulled the hand holding prank a couple months ago.  He'd walk up behind people and try to hold their hand.  This time he executes the "Guess Who" prank. Watch him walk up behind people he doesn't know and put his hands over their eyes as he says "Guess Whoooo?" The reactions are priceless!
