This might be the most efficient way of carving a pumpkin... EVER.  

These guys rig up an elevator floor with a bunch of monitors.  When the passenger gets on it looks like the floor is falling away and peoeple FREAK OUT!  

In Detroit this citizen tries his best to pull over a cop who isn't wearing his seatbelt.
