Researchers with Saint Louis University are looking for volunteers to help test a vaccine that could save lives. The “St. Louis Business Journal” reports Saint Louis University School of Medicine, who helped develop the vaccine against H1N1 or “swine flu” is one of eight centers picked across the U.S. to test the effectiveness of a new vaccine against H7N9 or “Bird Flu”. Humans haven’t seen this virus before, so they haven’t built up any immunity” said professor of infectious diseases at Saint Louis University School of Medicine Sharon Frey.
